There is no need to download an App before you can start trading with AlpineSwift. All you need to do is register and deposit funds into your account and you’ll be ready to trade.
HOW CAN I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?
Please email at support@alpineswiftltd.com to request closing of your account. You will receive a confirmation when this request will be completed.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL?
For security reasons, identification of the person is required for all withdrawals, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ACCOUNT BE FUNDED AFTER A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION?
The funds will be available for trading immediately, once we receive a confirmation from payment system.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT?
Minimum deposit is $150 USD.
WHEN CAN TRADING START ON MY ACCOUNT?
Trading commences on your account as soon as your account has been approved and funded.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW FUNDS?
To withdraw funds, please log into your account and make a withdrawal request. Our accounting department will receive your request and have it processed almost immediately and in case of any delay from blockchain confirmation, it will not exceed 24hours. Up to the deposit amount, withdrawal will ALWAYS be sent back to the payment method used to fund the trading account. Please note, all withdrawal are processed in Bitcoin.
IS THERE A MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT?
No. You can withdraw any remaining balance in your account that is not currently being used to secure open trades, however, please note, if the requested amount is lower than the processing fee, we wont be able to proceed with the request.
